wedding is too small or too large, we are at your service.
Medieval Fantasies Company Wedding Consultation Services There is no charge for Consultations conducted online or within the State of Virginia. A Cost Estimate will be returned no later than 30 calendar days of the completion of the Wedding Consultation Questionnaire. There is a non-refundable $50.00 Base Fee for Cost Estimate research. This fee will be applied to any MFC Wedding Services and/or Merchandise. When travel is necessary to complete a Cost Estimate for Wedding locations 101 miles or more from West Augusta Va., a fee of .50 per mile will be charged in addition to the Base Fee for Cost Estimate research. No mileage fee is charged when no travel is required. An Estimated Mileage Fee Quote will be given to the Client before any travel commences. The Base Fee and Mileage Fee must be paid prior to the Cost Estimate beginning. Any mileage over the estimate will either be billed to the Client or charged to the Wedding Package. Any mileage under the estimate will be refunded to the Client or credited to the Wedding Package. The Cost Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days at which time a Contract must be drawn up or the Cost Estimate is invalid. Should a second Cost Estimate be requested after the expiration of the first, a fee of $10.00 per hour is charged. There is no obligation on the part of the Client to accept a Cost Estimate or to enter into a Contract. The Client may pick and choose those services or items desired. No commitment is inferred until the Wedding Contract is signed. All Wedding Packages are subject to availability. Services and items can not be guaranteed until a Contract is signed. Payment Terms: 50% of the total package is due at signing of the Wedding Contract. 25% of the balance is due 30 calendar days prior to the Wedding date. The remainder of the balance is due the day of the Wedding prior to the ceremony. Cash, U.S. Postal money order or check accepted. Certified checks required for amounts $500 or greater. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards accepted or payment may be made by Paypal invoice. No refunds for cancellation. Postponements requested by the Client due to weather, illness, etc might affect final costs. Medieval Fantasies Company (MFC) operates rain or shine with the exception of extreme weather in which operations would be unsafe. MFC charges a fee of 15% of the total package cost for Wedding Consultation Services.
