Dressing the Part from Foundation to Finish:
Masquerade Ball Workshop
All are invited to join us for a demonstration and discussion on the
Art of Dressing in Medieval, Renaissance and Formal Masquerade Ball
Attire.
Lady Dagrny and Sir Blackwolf shall be "Dressing the Part" in several
styles from Nobility to Royalty. Topics covered will include corsets,
greaves, hose, tights, kilts, gowns, cloaks, masks, jewels and why you
should never forget: "Shoes before Bodice".
Attendees are welcome to bring items to show, share or ask assistance
with.

Let’s go to Faire!
From simple T-Tunics to Nobility, Sir & Lady Blackwolf will show you
how to put together an outfit that will make you noticed at Faire.
From shoes to snoods travel through time for the time of your life!
Attendees are welcome to bring items to show, share or ask assistance
with.

Dressed to Kill!
How to wear Platemaile, Chainmaile and Leather Armour
Whether attending Faire or going to that special party and you want to
look sharp in the literal sense, Sir & Lady Blackwolf will show you
how to comfortably and safely wear Medieval Armour. Both men and women
are welcome to attend as well as try on period Armour and don’t forget
you are not dressed until you have the right accessories; sword,
dagger and axe!
Attendees are welcome to bring items to show, share or ask assistance
with.



Knights of the Olde Code
A Way of Life dedicated to living by the Ideals of Chivalry, Honour
and Service to others. Knight, Samurai, Spiritual Warrior, these
titles denote a person dedicated to peace, not war. Balance, not
strife, others, not self, a difficult Path that is not suited for all
yet is one that is as desperately needed in our time as it was in the
past. Open to all, men or women, young or young at heart who seek to
instill Balance, Confidence and Peace in themselves and others.
The workshop includes discussion on what a Knight is and is not, what
it takes to become a Knight as well as offering resources for
instruction and fellowship. Practical exercises as well as an
introduction to the Knightly Arms of Dagger, Quarterstaff and Sword
are offered.


Duration of each Workshop is a maximum of two hours with Sir & Lady
Blackwolf providing instruction and all necessary materials. Multiple
Workshops may be conducted for one day or weekend seminars.
Cost: $140.00 per Workshop plus mileage
Copies of the Knights Handbook “A Knight in the 21st Century” and Arms
Instruction Manual “The Art of the Sword” will be available for sale
with the Knights of the Olde Code Workshop.
